The Challenge
Schools want to offer career pathways in emerging fields, but teachers are stretched thin. Building comprehensive drone curriculum from scratch takes time most districts don't have—and generic off-the-shelf options often miss state standards or skip the industry certifications that give students a real advantage.
Our Approach
Aurora Unlimited develops turnkey drone curriculum for school districts and career and technical education programs. We are the curriculum development partner for Aerium, a Pennsylvania nonprofit dedicated to aerospace education and workforce development. Our courses prepare students for Aerium certification programs while aligning to state standards and FAA Part 107 requirements.
Our flagship curriculum focuses on agricultural drone services, but drones are a cross-cutting tool—applicable to construction, public safety, surveying, energy, and other career clusters where unmanned systems are transforming the industry.
